We guarantee unopened products for one year from production, provided they have been stored under proper conditions.

We work with our customers to arrange proper shipping depending on the product. Most orders can be shipped ground, including frozen products that normally require a refrigerated truck – although you must submit a deviation form in order to do that. We can also arrange for priority shipping or customer pickup at our dock. Please contact us for more information!

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our standard juice blends are available in five-gallon pails, and our standard flavors are available in one-liter bottles. Any non-standard juice product must be made in a 50-gallon batch, while non-standard flavors are available in one-gallon batches. We do not have a minimum order size, so if you only need a liter of any standard flavor you only have to buy a single liter.

Are your flavors TTB approved?

All of our standard flavors, wine bases and cider bases are TTB approved. Some of our non-standard flavors are also TTB approved. For anything that needs approval, we would be more than happy to submit it for you. Documentation is available upon request.

How can I pay for this?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, ACH transfers and checks for prepayment. A line of credit is also available through application. For more information about credit terms, please contact us.

What are your necessary lead times?

We need three weeks for liquid flavor products, and three to four weeks for our juice products or dry flavors.

What are your products used for?

Most of our standard flavors are used in liquid applications for beverages, but there are a multitude of ways we can help you with your next project. Contact us, let us know what you’re working on, and we’re certain that we’ll be able to help out.

How do I use this?/How much do I use?

Our recommended use levels are all based on weight; we can convert to volumetric measurements depending on your needs.

Do you offer savory flavors?

We do offer a few savory flavors, although our main focus is true-to-nature fruit flavors. Butter, bacon and rosemary are a few of the savory offerings we currently have, but if you’re looking for something different, just ask and we may be able to help you.
